In the unlikely event of a problem with your delivery, we may ask you to contact our nominated courier directly in the first instance. This is simply because in the vast majority of cases, it is the quickest way to resolve any delivery issues.

Where we use UPS and you are not in when UPS attempt to deliver, your parcel will be delivered to a UPS Access Point™. A UPS Access Point™ is a UPS-affiliated retail location offering convenient package drop-off or delivery near your home or work. The exact location of the UPS Access Point™ will be displayed in the tracking information link you recieved when your order was shipped. Duty payments and customs
Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Please do not ask us to in any way change or alter the information that will be included on the CN22 Customs Declaration. All customs data is now (effective 01 January 2019) submitted electronically, and Love Lolo Accessories is required by law to certify that the particulars given within a customs declaration are correct.
Payment and VAT
Payment for products and delivery services can be made in GBP only. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. The total price you pay us for products is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.
Where you've ordered products for delivery to a non-UK address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Sorry, we can't currently deliver website orders to BFPO addresses.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and a small number of restricted postcodes.

Do you deliver to United Arab Emirates?
Yes, we do! Please be aware that there is no mail delivery to street addresses in the UAE. All mail goes to PO Boxes at various Post Office locations or to business addresses for delivery to employees. Please make sure you have the correct PO Box and include it within the first line of the address.
What happens if I make a mistake when entering my shipping address?
If you spot an error before we've shipped your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll happily change the address for you. Where parcels are returned to us because they have been addressed incorrectly, we are not be able to recover the original outgoing shipping cost and you may incur an additional charge for redelivery.
