UK delivery timescales are now returning to normal, with some occasional delays. We will be replacing detailed updates on our Shipping Information page with a 'COVID-19 Shipping Status' which will be reviewed and updated daily.
We continue to urge European customers to select the Tracked European Shipping option at the checkout to ensure safe delivery.
European and International customers can find a round up of any issues which may be affecting mail services to and from countries around the world on Royal Mail's website:
UK delivery timescales have continued to improve since our last update on 19/05/2020. Couriers are still experiencing increased levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation, and some delays are to be expected.
We continue to urge European customers to select the Tracked European Shipping option at the checkout to ensure safe delivery. European and International customers should also be aware that it may no longer possible to make chages to orders once placed. European/International orders requiring a Customs Declaration are processed ahead of time to avoid any impact on picking and packing of domestic orders. Once a Customs Declarartion has been submitted electronically, we cannot make changes to European/International orders - even if you have not received Shipping Confirmation. This includes orders originating from the Channel Islands.
UK delivery timescales have generally improved since our last update on 19/04/2020. Some parcels are, however, still taking longer than usual to reach their destinations as couriers work to keep their staff as safe as possible. Delays appear to vary by region, and are largely due to increased absence rates - which can be difficult to predict and plan for.
European and International Shipping are currently similarly affected, and, whilst delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed, we urge European customers to select the Tracked European Shipping option at the checkout where possible to ensure safe delivery.
We have noticed that parcels are taking slightly longer than usual to reach their destinations. Please be aware that Royal Mail is curently experiencing some delays across all services (including Special Delivery), and your parcel may be affected. Even under normal circumstances, delivery timescales are a best estimate - and we are very grateful for your continued support and patience during these unprecedented times.
We are continuing to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible. We will monitor the situation closely over the coming weeks and provide further updates as and when more information becomes available.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
Given the constantly evolving situation surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure our customers that Love Lolo is open as usual.
The wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and their friends and families is of the upmost importance to us. Whilst we have put extra measures in place to help keep everyone safe, it is our hope that you will see and experience very little change in the way we run our business during these difficult and uncertain times.
Our main delivery partner, Royal Mail, has contingency plans in place to ensure that mail continues to progress throughout their network as quickly and safely as possible. More information about how Royal Mail is responding to the Coronavirus can be found on their website:
Where we use couriers other than Royal Mail to fulfil orders, we will only use companies with clear and robust policies in place.
For the time being, we will continue to offer express shipping services in addition to standard shipping services - but delivery timescales (including next day delivery) can no longer be guaranteed, and your order may take slightly longer to arrive even when choosing an express service.
We hope things get back to normal for everybody very soon, and in the meantime we would like to wish you and your families well.
